Turning Lanes on Rt. 56

Due to the newly opened turning lanes on Rt. 56 in the Fishertown area, the Chestnut Ridge School District Administration reminds motorists that state law requires all vehicles to stop when school buses display flashing red lights. This includes all lanes of traffic when no divider or median is present.

Lights On After-School

Lights On After-School will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at the Middle School from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. Everyone is invited to take part in the activities, food, and fun. CRHS Golf Tournament

The annual CRHS Golf Tournament will be held on September 13 at King Valley. Contact Brad Criswell at 623-2637 or 839-4195 X2108 for more information. The cost is $55 per person, and all proceeds benefit CRHS Golf program.

Before and After School Program

The Chestnut Ridge School District is pleased to announce its partnership with the Hollidaysburg YMCA for a Before & After School program.

These services offer parents a high-quality childcare program for their children and we are pleased to provide this service on the district property as an added advantage to parents looking for a convenient as well as safe and secure environment.
